More than 130,000 advertising professionals have lost their jobs in this Great Recession. What would you do if you lost your job? Lemonade is a 30-minute film which tours the lives of former directors, writers and designers from the moment they were fired through how they used their dismissal as an opportunity to discover long-held dreams that range from artist, to holistic healer to coffee roaster. One man even changed his gender. 

It's not a pink slip, it's a blank page.
